Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information Source (QuickFind AI) collects through source.shop, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. Source is the controller of this information.
What we collect
- Work with Source enquiries: your name, work email, company, the system you are interested in and anything you write in the message.
- Job applications: your name, email, location, the LinkedIn, GitHub and website links you give us, and anything you write in the note.
- Emails and calls: what you send us when you email us or book an intro call.
- Technical data: the standard request logs our hosting provider keeps, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about working with Source, because you asked us to.
- To consider your application for a role at Source, because you asked us to.
- To keep the website running and secure, which is in our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Vercel hosts the website, Resend delivers the notification email when a form is submitted, and Calendly handles intro-call bookings. Some of these providers are based in the United States; where information leaves the EU or UK it is covered by the provider’s standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to two years afterwards. Applications are kept for up to twelve months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to remove them sooner or agree that we may keep them for future roles.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email liam@source.shop and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission.
